Good on you! As an 0311, I was able to pick up Sgt a few months before getting out, but I was a Cpl for 2.5 years... Apparently doing 3 tours, and having 4.8/4.8 pro/con marks isnt enough to bump you up. It must have been the (only) 3 MCIs that I did.
