How do you explain that speed got better since the end of NN and why do the monopolists and big data support NN? I often heard it is because artificial rules protect monopolies and make it harder for new competitors to enter the market. I also heard these companies hire people to influence gullible people.
tldr: Why does the average speed getting better besides NNs end? Who pays you to keep the fake outcry alive?
