Uh you know the dutch literally created the only ebike specific helmet spec right?

I highly doubt a company like ATCC is sending around BSL-4 Level material, or even BSl-3.

Most of what those companies sell are pretty mundane things. (As you make $ off volume).

Perl is still highly used in the scientific community. I prefer python though.
