There are some great ones in Texas. My friends and I went to one in College Station that's run by a TAMU fraternity, and they do a pretty damn good job. This is coming from someone who's been through dozens on dozens of haunted places and doesn't scare easily; actually being set in some reportedly haunted woods helps the atmosphere a lot.
