Hi, I've got two questions:

1. What's the best way to keep concrete of a driveway/garage clean?

2. In a <2 year old home, is there a "normal" amount of cracking to be expected in the garage floor?

Great timing for this. Do you have any advice as far as what to look for when doing the walk through on a newly constructed home? I have a checklist I found online, but I'm sure there are things that may not seem so obvious.

Definitely have been wanting to do a pressure wash. I did a whole scrub with a cleaner/degreaser last weekend, and that made a huge difference. Not something to do every month though, it was exhausting and the cleaner was pretty pricey.

Definitely can't fit any coins in the cracks at this time, but that's super helpful info!

We did have some concrete poured in our backyard, and there are cracks in the relief cuts that are larger than a nickel. Not sure if that's an issue though.
