What does "working in climate" even mean?

And also, don't drink the water.

If you were to fall in a nuclear reactor pool, you'd probably be okay after an extensive shower. It has happened before.

Hi! I'm a French engineering student and will most likely specialize in nuclear engineering starting next year.

As you probably know, France has announced the construction of new nuclear reactors. My question is on the topic of safety.

With the multiplication of reactors and them perhaps becoming more complex, how do human beings keep up with the safety requirements? In a world where workers (from the security engineers, to the technicians operating on the reactor, and everyone in between) are bound to be absent-minded, make mistakes, lack precautions for various reasons, do you think that there is a limit to how much we should develop nuclear energy, even if our technology could allow us to go (much) further?

Thank you.
