My 17 yo cousin has been diagnosed with autism since he was a toddler. He doesn't talk. If he wanted to say hi, it sounds like "heh"
Is there any treatment that can get him to talk?
My mom says that electroshock therapy might be able to make him talk.
Also I don't understand what emotions he feels, can he feel sad, does he understand death etc. ?
He has a very severe form of autism , we constantly have to tell him to eat or he won't, we have to take him to the bathroom, etc
