It sounds like an unenforceable law in general.

Yes, I agree it wrecks it for them, but not the site as a whole.

I'm skeptical that a US based firm would completely change their site and risk ruining it completely for a minority of users.

But Reddit would still exist, just not available to Europeans without using a VPN or some other service?
