I had a friend go to Winnebago Mental Health Institute in Oshkosh Wi, and was told of constant abuse and neglect from the employees. And looking at other people's experiences I've read, she wasn't alone in experiencing this. Being someone in this field, is there anything anyone can do to help stop abuse in this and other facilities? I feel powerless to do anything but feel like I should do something.
