In Banjo Kazooie there is an audio file that isn't coded to anything, it's just in the sound archive of two guys saying "Steven Mayles, boys and tails" and it's been heavily slowed down. What does this actually mean and why is it in the game?

Can you give more details in regards to the rap incentive you reached on the KickStarter? Who is going to be in the rap? Will it inspired by a certain group? (like how the DK rap was inspired by RUN DMC's "It's Like That") Also, any idea who you'd get involved for the rap part?
