Is the Cremonese bass more of a collector's/historical piece for you? Or are the certain characteristics (sonic or otherwise) that would make you want to use it over your primary?

Except Tim from Free Press said they DIDN'T rule on First Amendment. And in fact didn't even consider it in their analysis/decision. Basically this argument COULD HAVE been made (at which point the court would determine its validity) but wasn't. So there's no precedent to use in first amendment cases.
