The three strikes rule is not really clear cut. You dont get a strike for every offense, and you need multiple of the same type of crime generally to even get one strike. I have seen people arrested dozens of times have one or no strikes. To get three strikes, you have to be a really, really, bad fuckup.

Hey Pete, I just wanted to stop by and say thanks. The Kings may not have the record to show for it, but the quality of player is much better and games were much more competetive and exciting. It is nice to see a front office with some balls. Thank you, and thank Vivek. Kings games are watchable again.

As for #4, I think it depends on the quality of big man you can get to play along side him. If you get a GOOD defense oriented center, play him at PF. If you have a better options at PF, play him at center. I think I prefer him as a C, but it depends on the pieces around him.
