Hey there! I work in a care home that specialises in Dementia (something along the lines of 40 out of 53 of our residents have it). What would you say the hardest part of your job is? For me I'd have to say it's listening to the residents 'babble'. One of our residents (Won't reveal their name out of respect, confidentially, safeguarding, etc :P) constantly walks around and calls out for their cat. It's so depressing to see and listen too, but you have no choice, and it's the only coherent thing they say.
