Wouldn't the answer be 'yes-ish'? Scratch-off odds are usually much better than Powerball/Megamillions tickets simply by virtue of having many breakeven/freeplay/low win options. It's not that you're more likely to win a lot of money, but with scratchers, you're generally less likely to lose.

That said, scratcher odds are usually not great either, and those breakeven, freeplay, or low win values are baked in as a way to entice more spending on tickets.

First off, my girlfriend and I saw you touring the States for X in Madison, WI, in the least air conditioned theater on the hottest day. You still killed, despite the discomfort literally everyone in that theater felt. I'm glad we all got to enjoy that!

Anyway, I don't know how much of your persona is truly 'you' per se, but how much cultivation do you think you did and what steps did you take to find a place you were comfortable doing standup from?

It is my understanding the 60-vote affirmative threshold was created to encourage a larger consensus in what is considered the more serious legislative body, however, this is now being abused to basically institute minority rule, which is largely anti-democratic.

Which comes to my question: what good reasons are there to keep the filibuster?
