Weird question, but I'm sure everyone is wondering... Does your sack look empty? Also does it still get droopy when it's hot out?

Since the condition is usually fatal, do you have trouble finding doctors with expirience? You talked about potentially getting surgery in the future. Would it have to be a somewhat experimental procedure?
