Guys, just fire the bad clients. I own a IT shop too, and have had to do this many a few times. It's not worth the money, plus negative clients makes keeping good staff techs around much much more difficult.

I would love to check out your service but the facebook requirement is keeping me back. Please let us all know if you decide to drop that (required) authentication method.
