And the Snowden leaks revealed that the US govt. didn't think that was an effective way of going about things. It's pretty unlikely that someone will connect through a compromised exit node. But they do exist. Government is never gonna catch 100% but there's SOME risk.

Good to know, thanks! I made a super simple little walk cycle in 12 fps and when I did some in betweens to get it to 24fps it looked a lot worse. I guess the extra detail made the mistakes more obvious.
