Well no, since recreating working testes is a bit outside our current level of advancement.

But at least you'd have something to hold in your hand again when you take a piss or want to play with yourself. Also, it would probably serves as a confidence booster and give you back the feeling of being a "complete man" like you said under 10).

And hey, you can and should still aim to have a family, there are many children in bad situations all over the world that you can help out through adoption, for example!

I remember seeing a story on tv about a guy who lost his penis in a motorcycle accident, and a few years later doctors re-created a penis out of parts of skin / tissue from his body and even re-attached some of the nerves.
