This answer makes me so happy! Mako Mori is one of my favorite characters ever. I am very glad you created her. I am aware you already stopped answering questions (this is the first IAma that really interested me and I missed it) but I am still going to ask: Do you know of the internet movement who wants to replace the Bechdel Test by the Mako Mori Test? You are one of my favorite directors of all time and I'd love to work with you eventually (as a script supervisor). Also, I did a work for college about Pacific Rim and got an A. Thank you so much for your fantastic work. Can't wait for Crimson Peak and The Strain.
