Why is the OP being downvoted? I dont sense any "evil tumblr femnazi" agenda from her. I've been a developer for a long time (C++ and C#) and do notice that women only make up like 20% of our applications. If this helps get more girls interested in stuff like this, why down vote it? Honest to god question.

How well is it working out? As a software developer, I find that some weeks, I do 20ish to 40ish hours of work, but during tax season, I can do up to 50 a week. Do you ever have to deal with crunch like that?
