Thank you. I really believe trauma should be addressed as soon as possible. When you ruminate on memories, your mood dictates what you remember. After some time, you will only have memories of a twisted reality where you can only find yourself at fault. In reality, very few victims of trauma are ‘at fault’ enough to warrant that sort of self abuse. I don’t want OP to fall into that trap.

As a follow up question, as most of Christianity seeks to spread the religion, does the deceased have to be named in order to be baptized or can one person essentially be baptized for humanity? Is there a limit to the number of souls that can be baptized under your name? Does this apply only to family? I apologize for my ignorance, I’ve never heard of this practice before and I’d like to understand it.
