I disagree... To maintain a physique that full, you can't just be an on an offer and decide to bulk up 80 more pounds of muscle when offered a role. All of his roles in movies play around him being a brick shithouse. That takes constant maintanence; not just when the directors call for another movie.

I see a chiropractor who is great at actual repositioning and correcting things, but he also does this really fishy thing where he asks to hold your arm up at length while he puts pressure down on the wrist while touching different acute areas of the body; he's counting while he does this and takes record of at what "number" the arm weakened when he touched that area. It seems pretty fishy to me. He says he's feeling the body's energy...? Any take on this? Thanks.

You might find it interesting that Surenos are even here in Birmingham Alabama, and have been for about 6 years now.

So in theory, could you exercise like a TON to keep some of those fluids from building up? I'm wondering bc I drink a lot of water throughout the day, and I can't imagine being told to drink less due to possible fluid overload >.>

Well right; just to clarify, I wasn't implying that you could cure yourself with exercise; it was more about if you could just force yourself into massive sweats to slow down the fluid build up.
