IIRC that was the result of an visual examination ; ie they stood outside the tank, looked at the poor thing and made their decision based on (only) that.

Now I'm not a polarbearologist, but that seems like it's pretty lazy/unscientific way to examine a living being. But then, I don't actually know anything about this.. so I could be wrong.

How did this one man manage to convince you (and everyone else) that he knew, better than anyone else, what God wants or has in mind ?

I hope you eventually manage to let go and set yourself free of this heavy past.. and that maybe doing this AMA helped. In any case, thank you for sharing, I had never heard of all this (I live in France, a country very suspicious of anything resembling a cult).

I've been really enjoying World of Warcraft these past months and the latest expansion (Mists Of Pandaria) got me wondering.. Do you ever bring in consultants on things like, architecture or landscape ? Or for lore ? I imagine there's a fair bit of it for Star Trek, at least.
