Did you ever come up with an idea for, or write a script, that had references that were too obscure and you ended up scrapping it? If so, what were the references?

Two year physical prep is impressive! Was this something the production company set you up with or did you get the offer and have to get a basketball and play pick up games on your own?

I read the story when it was first reported. I was struck that Bob seemed to be comforting the people around him about the decision. By the time you were involved, had the decision become so firm to him that he never wavered? Did he discuss feelings of second guessing himself? How did it effect his loved ones? Were they having difficulty accepting the decision?
