Nerds(smart people who like science) make her cellphones better, prevent people from dyeing from most diseases, make space travel possible, prevent pandemics, eta. And many make lots of money, like engineers. You should be proud to be a nerd(As am I). You can find a great job that you love and make lots of money. Or you can discover new things(that does not always make a lot of money, but it is fun).
