I've seen that kinda cab somewhere before..

This is so refreshing. An AMA with actual photo proof instead of some links to posts on a (sometimes managed) social account.

Movies always depict the use of these in such a dramatic way. A la Saving Private Ryan with the 'let 'em burn' scene or the one in Windtalkers where the operator gets torched because his tanks were hit. Thanks for clearing up the possibility of both in this AMA!

Is it true that flamethrower operators were generally disliked (even by their own 'team') because of the grim nature of the weapon and its effect? I vaguely remember reading about that in an article mentioning tanks with such capabilities and their operators, though i'm not sure. Interesting AMA btw, thanks for taking the time!
