I think by "in house" he means doing the repairs on the spot in the store, rather than having them sent out once you bring them into the store. Pretty sure apple never made house calls for iphone repairs. The part that I was referring to was that the "genius bar" system, which works well only occasionally. Almost every time I have needed assistance of any kind in the store, I have had to make an appointment, and even with an appointment, I have waited for hours. But I guess he answered it, there is just so much volumn, its unrealistic to expect perfect service every time. Still, I feel like if any company can make it better, Apple can.
