On a scale from 1-10 (10 being the highest) how creepy is it when a patron tries to learn your real name?

I work in collections. Telling me you are recording the call is the fastest way to get me to end the conversation. My employer won't let me end the call until I say everything I need to say--unless you are recording the conversation then I have to end the call immediately.
