When a game's trade value is less than what it costs for us to send it off the be refurbished, our computers tell us they're not eligible for trade-in.

They weren't dicking you over, they were following what the computer told them.

I used to be part of the stock crew at a JC Penney, and we would sometimes get 36DDD sized bras. I can't remember the brand or if it was in the plus section or not, but I think it was one of their private labels. You might call your local store and ask.

There was an interview with an executive about digital content last year where he mentioned he could see that happening in the future.

As it stands now, just about every digital service disallows reselling digital content and accounts that have licensed said content. We'd need a shift in policy for that to become a thing.

You don't haggle at other businesses. What makes you think you can haggle at this one?
