Same! We were on our way up and at about 40-50ft when we went lights out (beach dive). There was some ambient light from the nearby hotel (flood lights) and some from the moon. It was so cool to swim in the dark like that but still be able to see. Then we waved our hands back and forth and got to see some bioluminescence, and that was really cool. Easily the best dive I've done.

I read that in Dr. Nick's naively enthusiastic voice.

  • Are you staying a whole year, or just the season?

  • How did you get the job?

  • Have you watched the Antarctica documentary [A Year On Ice](http://imdb.com/title/tt2361700/? If so, what did you think? If not, why the hell not, it's awesome?

  • Can I come join you if I promise to work and not complain? (kinda serious)
