How can you attempt a realistic prediction, with the incredible amount of shenanigans going on, from voter suppression to intimidation, to postal delays, lost ballots and fake ballot drop boxes, not to mention micro advertising, troll farms and Russian hacks?

I realize teachers may have a problem with this, but one easy solution is to buy a voice recorder (a good quality one, used for researchers to record interview - they can suppress background noise automatically) and record the courses in which you usually fall asleep. This way, you can just listen back to what you missed later, and take notes out of that. You can even purchase electronic pens that allow you to take note while you are recording and that can then synchronize the recording with the note taking, letting you know what the teacher was saying at the moment you took a given note. My Girlfriend has narco, by the way - which lead me to this thread. She has 2 wonderful kids and a good job now, so hang in there, you can go through this :)

If you have a known, recognized condition, your school is required to find trasonable accomodations to help you. Your parents could inquire on the school's board if they habe a centrer for disabilities, and what are the rules. I don't know the legal adpects inyour country / state, but i know that here, as soon as a student is labelled "special need", the school is required to have a personalized care plan by law. So i suspect you can probably negociate above the teacher level to get an authorization to record your courses, as part of your disability / special needs requirements. You will likely carry these problems all your life: it's a good investment to become familiar with your rights and the help you are entitled to have and to request, as soon as possible. Never feel bad for using these!
