Hello, Mr Tabata! Thank you for taking the time out to interact with the fans and for answering our questions.

Most Final Fantasy fans divide the settings in the series between two types. Some say that Medieval settings with job classes etc (e.g FFIV, FFIX and FFTactics) are important in making a real Final Fantasy game while others say that futuristic settings (e.g FFVII, FFVIII and FFXIII) bring refreshing new innovations to the series.

My question is: Which of the two types of settings do you personally prefer and why?

Oh, wow. I love a mix of futuristic and Medieval too. I know we'll see that in Final Fantasy XV so I'm very excited for it!

Uh, consumption of cannabis is [a religious thing in India](en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bhang) And Shiva is depicted as one of it's biggest participants and the guy also has dreadlocks. I'm not saying there's a huge conspiracy here, just that it's a weird coincidence. I just chose the first pic I saw. In the link above, you can see it's documented in old scriptures. Modern day "holy men " also have the weed and dreadlocks thing going on.
