If you cancel the flight, your only option is to accept flight credit from United. If United cancels your flight you can get your money back.

I loathe your industry and your shitty sales responses with a passion. Regardless of how poorly Carvana managed their company, if you can’t see how it changed the car industry in the last 4 years, you deserve to be out of business.

Not entirely sure on your specific situation but it might depend on if those flights were booked on the same itinerary or not.
