I loathe your industry and your shitty sales responses with a passion. Regardless of how poorly Carvana managed their company, if you can’t see how it changed the car industry in the last 4 years, you deserve to be out of business.

Not entirely sure on your specific situation but it might depend on if those flights were booked on the same itinerary or not. Your response validates my comment. You can’t see how carvana was beneficial to the only industry you’ve known in your career. You are so blinded by numbers that you can’t see why your responses in this AMA are tone deaf and ridiculous, or worse, you don’t care.

If you cancel the flight, your only option is to accept flight credit from United. If United cancels your flight you can get your money back.
