That's a great argument! I'll definitely keep that in mind. I think a big problem is that people struggle to understand the difference between absolute and relative poverty and therefore equate both. If we talk about families living in poverty in Germany, we mean relative poverty (less than 60% of the average household income iirc), the refugees are confronted with absolute poverty.
