As a company commander I have a hard time keeping it real with the soldiers during rotations dealing with you guys. I have a lot of guys who have seen the real thing and they tend to go through the motions when dealing with you all. My question is, how serious do you guys take your job? Because we stress a high level of tactical and strategic procedure planning on how we deal with you here stateside. All I ask is that y'all be real with us and do the best you can. Don't be afraid to report when our soldiers violate ROE as a joke, because if rather remove them here than when it really happens forward. Do y'all really try to speak Spanish as the native language too?

Please tell your fellow role players that the violations of ROE and what we call violations of military judgement ARE taken seriously by the exercise division and can even equate to CCIR's and SIR's in country during "mock" deployments. Case and point is a negligent discharge with a blank at JRTC is equal to one in country due to said units rotation in the training cycle. The reason they do this is to correct the behavior of shitbag soldiers, check the command climate of the unit in violation, and to stress the importance of TRAIN HOW WE FIGHT. A lot of times they find complete formations platoon to company size that are unfit due to their climate. If they can't take training serious; they are unfit and should be off-ramped due to the risk they pose to the American image. Thanks for what you do, also build a network and maybe get on with one of the contractors we use to help build training such as General Dynamics and what not. Those guys make a shit ton of money.

What was your relationship with your platoon leader? How old was he and was he a good officer who led by example?

A lot of these guys replied on your level of respect given to me seeing as how I dropped a tidbit of info about my current position. They are correct on respect. I give you an A++ or like we do it on these lanes... A "Go" LOL. Just wanted to say I noticed it too and its appreciated and shows your high level of tact. Good luck with everything.
