Where's a good place to get baked pork chop rice now? Places seem to be using cheaper pork chop and not making the authentic tomato sauce. Taste almost like canned tomato sauce on bland egg fried rice. I used to get good one from ngan lung but didn't go there on my last visit. Your thoughts?

Stay safe. My family moved from HK and 20 years ago. So sad to see how much our home has changed and will continue to change. Seems like the charming Hong Kong of old captured in movies from the early 2000's and before is quickly disappearing

any tips on cheap flights to tokyo/osaka/HK/taipei from Houston during mid december? I understand this is peak season. Typically I've used award points, but as for paid bookings am I basically SOL for these destinations and this timing? "cheap" being around $600 and less without a 25 hour+ travel time.
