You act like someone doing an AmA ( or anyone at all on the Internet) somehow owes you something... Like they should spend several hours of their time answering an AmA just to satisfy your curiosity... Time is more valuable than ever (look how much there is to see and do instantly these days)

Don't get me wrong, I hate disingenuous AmAs that ignore big questions like a politician. But if this guy benefits from doing an Ama, so be it.

I probably undervalued the benefit to OP but I feel like this type of business advertising is somehow more genuine than traditional types...

Free tip OP : try to negotiate free tooth brushes from your suppliers and randomly include them in crates... I'd get a kick out of a Japanese toothbrush in its original packaging...
