What help is there for people getting caught in the system? How would you propose to change the system, so that the spirit of the law is still there, but harder to abuse? Or would you abolish it alltogether?

Thanks for your response. Not living in the US, the Baker Act is something I’ve never heard anything good on. Abuse of power seems a common theme as well. Having additional controls in place seems like a good start.

Can’t directly weigh in, but what I am aware of is that nanoparticles of TiO2 interacts with UV absorbers in sun screen to accelerate the breakdown of aromatic sunscreens into toxic substances, from doing research for a paper on that topic.

So, it is possible that TiO2 might interact with the other components of the ink.
