(I'm going to assume you work in the US)

I've heard that the FDA has indicated the sequestration cuts will reduce food safety, due to fewer inspectors on site at food production facilities. So my questions are:

1) What is the current monitoring from the FDA like where you work?

2) Do you think it is effective?

3) In your opinion, what impacts will the sequestration cuts have on food safety?

4) Are you worried about your plant shutting down if they cannot produce due to no FDA inspections?
