Statistically, military route is the best way (6 out of the last 8 were officers in the military).

There are several reasons for why this is the case: Teamwork, Discipline, Physical Fitness, Flight Experience, Academic Preparation

I'm currently a student at Rice University and am enrolled in ROTC but I am strongly considering transferring to the AF Academy (easier to get pilot slot plus they exclusively have what is in my opinion the coolest major: Astronautical engineering)
