Hi there! I worked in k/p transplant for a while and if there’s any way to list in region 1, I might suggest it. They have historically low waiting times. Shortest in the country. It’s in the northeast, Maine mostly.

My stepdad is retired USDA OIG. Can confirm. He's incredibly smart and has a keen investigative mind. They'll figure it out but whether they'll tell the 100% truth to Americans is a whole different story entirely.

I would agree here. I’m in my late 30s and I think people my age can remember both communist Russia and the post-communism eras. You’re dead on about the feeling of it being a dictatorship even though it’s supposedly democratic.

It is heartbreaking. The fact that people die awaiting what could be freely given is even more heartbreaking. My nephew received a heart and we do yearly donation sign-up drives now but people are often shocked to learn you can donate some tissue while still alive. They’ve never even heard of it.
