What is your opinion of the states that have legalized so far? Which states have implemented things in a smart manner and which ones are in need of improvements?

"evidence" is what is presented to the court. Just because something is evidence, does not make it proof of guilt OR innocence. It is merely one piece of the puzzle that gets considered by the judge / jury.

If I presented a diary with daily entries going back decades, there's probably a good bet that the court would accept it as plausible or likely to be authentic. If I put forward a diary that only had one entry, and it was the day of the alleged event, that is going to look much more suspect and is less compelling evidence.

Just because something was written doesn't make it correct, but you can use it to strengthen your argument and use supporting facts/details when making your case.

Navy had that training too. One of my coworkers told me about it and STILL jokes about it. It blows my mind that somebody signed off on that training.

I mean sure, in this case it robs a fair bit of nuance from what the AI does, but it seems to get the point across well enough, particularly to people with a layman's understanding of the tech involved.
