Hi, I was there for your first AMA, congratulations on your success!

My question is, what happens if your client actually does have a good profile they are just conventionally unattractive? Since it seems like its just you and your assistant, do you get overwhelmed with all the work coming in? Ever run out of advice?

Just checked out the Instagram, really awesome and beautiful. What would some of the activities be for overnight guests? Is there hiking or quad trails? Could horses live there for tours? If you ever need non-judgmental guests for tester nights let me know Ill definitely road trip on over. Stay safe!

I've been following this project for awhile. I am so impressed. Any plans for engineer projects that could pick up trash along roads? Live in one of the highest HCOL areas in California and the amounts of trash I see alongside the road are so alarming. Thank you so much for making this world a better place.
