Have you or the administration considered the fact that only cutting a few billion dollars in spending probably isn't a feasible plan for reducing your countries' debt? Especially considering not only the current debt, but upcoming costs associated with a mass wave of retirement and pension handouts? What is your take on cutting out expenditures that have not resulted in significant change or benefit? Prime example being the ongoing war on drugs that costs your taxpayers a hell of a lot of money with almost no change in drug addiction rates over the course of its lifetime.

Any way a Canadian can help out?

TNG and Reading Rainbow were a huge part of my childhood (TNG aired when I was just old enough to be able to retain memories!). I wanted to thank you for helping me grow up with things that were more interesting (TNG) and more educational (RR) than shows all those silly normal kids watched when they were little.

I have a somewhat offbeat question that has been seriously bothering me for over 20 years! On the Enterprise Engineering set, does the warp reactor make that beat sound in person? Or was that an effect added in sound editing?

Also, between the Enterprise A, D, E, Voyager, Defiant and NX-01, what is your favourite engine room?
