The federal government has 18 spy agencies. Libertarian Party candidates have pledged to sponsor legislation to consolidate them into one efficient agency that follows the fourth amendment and is held accountable to the American people.

That is why we must not only repeal laws like the Patriot Act, but also dramatically downsize government budgets. Libertarian Party candidates have pledged to do exactly that, including pledges to downsize the 18 spy agencies into one much smaller one, to cut military spending by 60%, and cut taxes accordingly.

Facebook is a private organization that people voluntarily join.

The NSA uses money forcibly taken from citizens to intrude on the privacy of ALL of those citizens. That's why, instead of downsizing facebook, Libertarian Party candidates have pledged to sponsor legislation to Downsize the NSA, end mass surveillance, and repeal the Patriot Act.

Consolidate the 18 spy agencies we have into 1 agency that follows the fourth amendment and is accountable to the people. 3. Cut taxes accordingly.

In fact, I am one of the candidates for congress that has taken that pledge!
