Hi, and first of all thank you for doing this AMA.
Some time ago I linked to this video (0m56s) with a question if there was any real danger of astronauts accidentaly ripping their spacesuits while on the moon whether swiping against some rock or simply falling down.
I guess my question to you is about the same. I know there are multiple layers in a spacesuit and my guess is that more of them are airtight, but is there any way of explaining (maybe by comparing to something) how strong is the fabric from which the suits are made of today? And is there any real danger of ripping a suit if an astronaut today swiped against some sharp edge on the spacecraft while on a EVA? Is there any more solid layer in a spacesuit that would prevent possible ripping of fabric layers?

It's never that simple. Otherwise real abusers would just keep "a note from the doctor" in the drawer.
They probably actually needed to speak to the doctor directly.
Not necessarily.
With this kind of condition through the years you accumulate a decent pile of medical notes, letters, diagnoses, opinions, prescriptions.
So, I would assume they had a sort of "a note from the doctor" always ready.

Thanks for your time and effort here, Steve.
Has there been anything that you had a certain opinion about, and then having seen the image(s) it made you rethink and change your stance? Perhaps an example?
How much would it cost for me personally to, let's say find an image in AP library and order a decent sized print (for instance, 40*20 inches) just for my wall at home? Is such an order even possible?
Any other photo archives which you would recommend as interesting (maybe apart from the best known such as Getty's, Life/Time magazine, Library of Congress, and similar)?
