I can attest to this.

I'm no horticulturist, but here's how to test:

-Find a honey locust, or an aspen (something that, when older, will seed through the roots.

-Somewhere near the old tree will be some saplings coming up, and probably not from seed.

-Dig down at least 3 inches and up-root the tree for transplant as best you can (it will probably be attached to the parent tree's root system).

-Transplant the tree in a pot and heavily water the plant for over a minute.

-Let the tree sit for 2 hours... all of its leaves will be visibly wilted and near-death.

Now try the same experiment, but instead of a pot w/ soil, transplant to a bucket of water. Totally different outcome.

I LOVE this answer.

Can you elaborate on your Adobe Air usage?

What do your projects look like? Is it all Flex/AS? What version/s of the framework/s do you use?

Are you a part of any relatively active communities that discuss the sort of work you do?

As a c++, java, and web stack developer who often gets sucked into UI/UX crap-work, I can say that I LONG for the projects I was a part of that leveraged Adobe Flex. ReactMobile gives me hope, but there really was nothing better than the awesomeness of Action Script w/ Flex. It really was pretty. Not even -- it was beautiful.

It feels taboo to talk about steroids, and I really feel as though asking a question like this flat-out will be 'filtered', but here' goes:

The human body just can't sustain 35" thighs, 5% body fat, and the amount of muscle that most players have.

Given the amount of money in the game, and the amount of stress that most players must feel to stay competitive and be the best athlete possible, I don't see how it's possible to keep enhancing drugs out of the sport. They're there. Period... I don't think there's a debate here, but I may be wrong.

What are your thoughts on 'roids? To what degree are they prevalent today? How hush-hush are those topics in public, and how much are these topics in-your-face behind closed doors?
