How does the AI actually contribute anything meaningful?

Does it have a marketplace on the block chain to trade pictures of facial recognition hits?

$10 million is venture capital funding for a system that does something current facial recognition systems does already and can be done by staff like receptionists. Not to mention that this system is worthless when people with no criminal record choose to act.

I wish I had 10 million to solve a problem badly.

So pretty much this fancy AI is just a fancy way of saying that a known criminal has entered?

How is this going to stop the people with no criminal records that decide to shoot up a building?
