How do you make your table's dynamic good if one of your clients may have a disruptive behaviour or disorder that can make it hard to play with him (like impulsive or Oppositional defiant disorder)? Also, if the table have a variety of people with diferent needs, how you adjust your game? PD: You are doing a great thing by the way!
