If you do have insurance, there's still two problems: 1) you still have to pay a co-pay of $10-100, and 2) the insurance company will try to bury you in paperwork with things like forms you have to fill out to testify you don't have a pre-existing condition, so that they can weasel out of paying the claim.

The real problem is that so many large employers are listening to this "framery" asshole and his bullshit. I hope someone punches him in the face. I don't normally (or really ever) write such things here on Reddit, but this guy angers me more than any Redditor I've ever dealt with. After several years of living in these insanity-inducing open-plan environments, I would be happy to personally strangle one of these assholes who pushes these office designs.
